Work with customers to understand their IT needs and technical requirements; provide technical sales support and source IT consultants to potential customers to maximize sales; prepare technical sales calls and prepare contracts with POs once retained; interface between customers and technical support teams; establish personal networks; investigate new technologies and trends in the IT market; attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. MS in CS, IT, MIS, relevant engineering, or related field and 1 year of prior direct technical experience working in software development, database/systems administration, and/or DevOps/systems engineering using current technologies.

Responsible for design and develop deployment procedures and implement software/systems upgrades. Involves development, configuration, coding, automation, implementation, administration and testing of systems and software. Will be hands on in developing and automating scripts for patching and software installations. Will be involved with Linux, Windows and cloud-based systems. Proficient in Linux, Unix, Windows, Shell Scripts, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Python, PowerShell, VMWare, Active Directory and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
